摘    要:在总体结构不变的情况下,分析了往复式压缩机活塞直径大小和曲轴偏心量的配合造成的不平衡力变化对压缩机振动与噪声的影响,并通过试验结果进行了验证。结果表明:选择较小的活塞直径配较大的曲轴偏心量是比较优秀的设计方案。

Abstract:Impact on the vibration and noise of reciprocating compressors because the combination of the piston diameter and the crank eccentricity brings about the change of the imbalance forces under the change of the whole structure. The tests of the vibration and noise validate the result of theory analysis. As a result, the combination of the smaller piston diameter and the bigger crank eccentricity is relatively an excellent design.
