| Abstract: | This review introduced the main slaughtering and processing enterprises,advanced equipment and intelligent technology at home and abroad.The research status and existing problems of existing technologies,were analyzed and expounded,and the development trend of slaughtering and processing intelligent technology and equipment were prospected. |
