电机弱磁节能技术在干燥风机上的应用

摘    要:食品干燥加工设备多选用高效离心风机,此类风机的效率已经处于一个较高的水平线上,难以再大幅度提高风机本身的效率。文章阐述的最有效的风机节能方案就是利用现有的变频调速器来调节流量、风量,在此类节能的基础上,再根据风机特性曲线,利用电机弱磁技术实现比变频器的节能再提高1%~10%,实现食品干燥设备最大化提高效率,本系统阐述的方案符合中国资源节约型、环境友好型和谐社会发展的需要。

Abstract:Food dry processing equipment may choose efficient centrifugal fan,this kind of fan efficiency has been at a higher level,hard to improve the efficiency greatly.The article discusses the most effective fan energy saving method is to use existing VVVF inverter to adjust flow,volume,in such energy-saving,and on the basis of fan characteristic curve again according to weak magnetic technology to achieve by motor energy than inverter more improve 1% ~ 10%,achieve food drying equipment to improve efficiency,this system is to maximize the expatiation of the schemes meeting China a resource-conserving,environment-friendly harmonious social development needs.
