摘    要:为满足检测需求,提高效率,降低成本,建立阿维菌素类生物毒素在动物源性食品中残留的检测方法,并对不同基质样品的前处理进行优化讨论。利用乙腈作为提取液,在去除水分的条件下,三氟乙酸酐、N-甲基咪唑作为衍生化试剂,混合均匀后即完成前处理操作。利用高效液相色谱荧光检测器,C18色谱柱,在甲醇-水(92+8)条件下对被测物质进行准确定性定量分析,方法检出限达0.1μg/L,在0.1~20μg/L浓度水平进行基质加标,回收率在80%~108%,相对偏差为4.1%~11.4%。该方法操作简单、实用,灵敏度高,干扰小,满足检测实验室对动物源性食品中阿维菌素类生物毒素残留的检测需要。

Abstract:A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method was proposed for analyzing 3 Avermectins(Aves) in animal-derived food.The sample pretreatment of different substrates were optimized.Fish,meat and chicken samples were extracted by CH3CN solution without SPE-Al2O3;high-performance liquid chromatography with C18 column was used for accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis of the detected substance using methanol aqueous solution(92∶8,V/V) by fluorescence detector.The recoveries of 3 Aves were 80%~108% at five spiked level: 0.1,1,5,10,20 μg/kg,and the RSD was blew 12.0%.The LOD of Aves was 0.01 μg/Kg,The LOQ of Aves was 0.1 μg/kg.The method was simple,practical,and sensitive.It can meet the needs of determination of Aves in products of animal tissues.
