| Abstract: | The migration of primary aromatic amines from food contact materials into foodstuffs has been deeply concerned at home and abroad recently. Thus in this paper, the authors carry out a review of primary aromatic amines in food contact materials with respect to their origins, toxicity, regulations and analytical methods employed. |
