摘    要:综述了超声波对酶生物活性的激活和钝化作用,及各种超声参数如超声功率、频率、处理时间、反应介质等对这种作用的影响。同时讨论了超声波对酶的作用机理,并展望了超声波的应用前景。

Abstract:The effects of ultrasound treatment on enzymes are discussed and reviewed in this paper. Other ultrasound parameters such as power, ultrasonic frequency, reaction time and medium and the effecting mechanisms involved to the effects are also discussed. The prospects of the development and application of ultrasound are presented.
