摘    要:以低温高压膨化设备为研究对象,根据其工艺参数在热力学第一、第二定律内对其进行能量及火用分析;通过计算数据和分析工艺条件,得到膨化罐的整体能量传递和消耗的参数。通过引入能量梯级利用系统,对膨化罐冷却过程中的能量进行回收,使之循环利用在膨化罐的加热过程中,可将能量利用率提高5.5个百分点,整个工艺过程理论节能20%,火用损失减少一半左右。
