| 摘 要： | 双酚A是一种内分泌干扰物,会导致人和动物生殖系统、神经系统、免疫系统等的异常。文章综述双酚A的毒性、食品包装材料中双酚A的迁移、食品及食品包装中双酚A检测的提取、分离及检测方法。
