甲壳低聚糖制备的研究

摘    要:讨论了甲壳低聚糖的制备方法,重点研究了在在酸性条件下过氧化氢对壳聚糖氧化降解的影响,得出了过氧化氢降解法制取甲壳低聚糖的最佳工艺。即温度80℃,H2O2的量为壳聚糖醋酸溶液的20%,H2O2浓度为3%,平均分子量为本1859。

Abstract:The method of preparing chitooligosaccharides was discussed.It was studied that hydrogen peroxide affected the oxygenation degradation reaction of chitosan on acid condition.The various factors of hydrogen peroxide density,dosage and reaction temperature which affected oxygenation degradation reaction were discussed.The optimal procedure to prepare chitooligosaccharides was determined.
