| Abstract: | The 5 development stages of the fixers for reactive and direct dyes are summarized, among which the formaldehyde-free dye-fixers of quaternary ammonium polymers are the quite ideal ones. It was found that the dye fixers were related in some degree to the sunlight fastness and shade changes. |
