丝胶蛋白亚麻织物服用及染色性能研究

摘    要:采用高碘酸钠对亚麻织物进行选择性氧化,再利用丝胶蛋白溶液对氧化后的亚麻织物进行接枝改性处理,研究了丝胶蛋白亚麻(S-DAC)的制备机理以及处理后亚麻织物的服用性能和染色性能,结果表明:氧化亚麻织物的抗皱性能比亚麻明显增强;氧化亚麻织物经丝胶蛋白溶液处理后,丝胶大分子与亚麻纤维素大分子形成化学交联,抗皱性能进一步增强;丝胶蛋白溶液处理后透气透湿性能、染色性能比氧化亚麻略有增加.

Abstract:The flax fabric was selectively oxidized with NaIO4 and then treated with sericin protein solution.The preparation mechanism of sericin protein treated flax(S-DAC) and the dyeing behavior and wearability of treated flax fabric were discussed.The results showed that the crease resistance of oxidized flax was significantly increased compared with that of the untreated flax.The sericin macro-molecule and the flax cellulose macro-molecule formed chemical crosslinking after the oxidized flax fabric was treated b...
