酪蛋白/聚磷酸铵整理棉织物的阻燃和服用性能

摘    要:以酪蛋白为气源(发泡剂),聚磷酸铵为酸源(脱水剂和炭化促进剂),采用双层涂覆方法制备膨胀型阻燃棉织物。采用傅里叶红外光谱仪、扫描电镜、热重分析仪和垂直燃烧仪等研究酪蛋白/聚磷酸铵整理棉织物的结构、微观形貌、热稳定性、阻燃性能和服用性能。结果表明,酪蛋白/聚磷酸铵较为均匀地覆盖在棉织物表面,热降解过程中涂层降低了棉织物的分解温度,促进棉织物提前分解成炭并产生泡沫阻隔层,提高棉织物的阻燃性能,续燃时间为4 s,损毁长度为78 mm。经酪蛋白/聚磷酸铵整理后,棉织物的服用性能有所下降。

Abstract:Intumescent flame retardant cotton fabric was prepared by double coating method with casein as gas source(foaming agent)and ammonium polyphosphate as acid source(dehydrating agent and carbonization accelerator).Fourier infrared spectrometer,scanning electron microscopy,thermogravimetric analysis and vertical buring test were used to analysis the structure,surface morphology,thermal stability,flame retardancy and wearability of cotton fabric finished by casein/ammonium polyphosphate.The results indicated that casein/ammonium polyphosphate adhered to the surface of cotton fabric uniformly,which could decrease the decomposition temperature of cotton fabric into char in the process of thermal degradation to enhance the flame retardant property.The after-flame time was 4 s and the damage length was 78 mm.The wearability of cotton fabric finished by casein/ammonium polyphosphate declined.
