两种植物落叶染料拼混染色真丝绸的研究

以紫叶矮樱和黑叶李落叶为原料提取天然染料,对其在真丝绸上的拼混染色性能进行研究。测试和分析两种植物落叶染料不同配比及媒染剂对染色织物K/S值和染色牢度的影响。结果表明:两种染料可拼混用于真丝绸染色,且拼混染色性能较好,染色织物可获得多种颜色;媒染可以提高真丝绸的颜色深度和染色牢度;混合染料Al3+盐媒染真丝绸的K/S值最高,染色牢度均达到3级以上。

Combination dyeing of the two natural dyes from fallen leaves on silk fabric

The natural dyes were extracted from fallen leaves of Prunus x cistena and f. nigra Bailey, and the combination dyeing properties of the two natural dyes on silk fabric were studied. The effects of different ratios of dye from fallen leaves of two plants and the kinds of mordants on K/S value and color fastness of the dyed silk fabric were tested and analyzed. The results showed that the two dyes could be blended for silk fab ric dyeing, and the blending dyeing performance was good. The dyed silk fabrics could obtain a variety of col ors. Mordant dyeing could improve the color depth and fastness of silk fabric. The K/S value of the silk fabric dyed with mixed dyes was the highest when the Al3+ was used as mordant, and the color fastness reached level 3 or above.
