摘    要:采用反相微乳液法制备了降解壳聚糖季铵盐微球(HTCCs)吸附剂,并对其进行FT-IR、XRD和SEM表征。通过单因素实验确定了HTCCs的优化制备条件:油水比8∶1、搅拌速率600~700 r/min、乳化时间45 min、反应温度40℃、交联时间4 h、乳化剂用量0.010 g/mL,交联剂用量28.3%(对HTCC质量)。将HTCCs应用于活性染料废水的吸附,优化工艺为:pH=7、温度37℃、振荡速率120 r/min、吸附时间60 min。

Abstract:The degraded chitosan quaternary ammonium salt microspheres (HTCCs) adsorbents were prepared by reverse microemulsion method,and characterized by FT-IR,XRD and SEM.The optimum preparation conditions of HTCCs were determined by single factor experiment:oil-water ratio 8:1,stirring speed 600-700 r/min,emulsification time 45 min,reaction temperature 40℃,crosslinking time 4 h,emulsifier dosage 0.010 g/mL and crosslinking agent dosage 28.3% of HTCC.HTCCs was applied to the adsorption experiment of reactive dye wastewater.The optimum adsorption conditions were:pH=7,adsorption temperature 37℃,shocking rate 120 r/min,and adsorption time 60 min.
