超低醛改性脲醛复合树脂衬布硬挺整理剂的制备及应用

摘    要:三聚氰胺、尿素与甲醛经羟甲基化、醚化反应,生成甲醚化六羟甲基三聚氰胺和甲醚化羟甲基脲复合树脂胶.探讨了该树脂胶的制备工艺和条件,通过浓缩脱醛、添加消醛剂Yz-1,获得了性能稳定的超低醛复合树脂胶。

Abstract:Melamine, urea and formaldehyde underwent hydroxymethylation an d etherification to yield a composed resin glue of methyl-etherified hexahydroxy methylmelamine and methyl-etherified hydroxymethylurea. The process conditions f or preparing the resin were studied, and the composed resin with stable performa nce and ultra-low formaldehyde was obtained by concentration removal of formalde hyde and addition of formaldehyde scavenger Yz-1.
