黄精多糖抑菌及抗氧化性能研究

摘    要:用滤纸片抑菌圈实验法研究了黄精多糖对常见的几种细菌的抑制作用。结果表明:黄精多糖对实验菌有明显的抑制作用。其中对金黄色葡萄球菌抑制作用最强,MIC=0.5%,抑菌圈直径为19.6mm,对大肠杆菌最弱,MIC=2.0%,抑菌圈直径为11.2mm。黄精多糖具有一定的抗氧化作用。

Abstract:The bacteriostasis functions of Polyonatic Sibiricum polysaccharides (PSP) in the partial bacteria were explored by inhibitory zone with filter paper disk method. The results showed that PSP have evident antibacterial effects. Inhibitory effect on Staphylococous aureas is remarkably, MIC=0.5%, and the diameter of inhibiting is 19.6 mm. Inhibitory effect on Escherichia is small, MIC=2.0%, and the diameter of inhibiting is 11.2 mm. And PSP has definite anti-oxidative ability also.
