| 摘 要： | 研究了用高效液相色谱直接测定肌醇的新方法。采用Waters Sugar Pak1柱，以纯水为注动相，对样品中的肌醇和葡萄糖进行分离，用紫外光度检测器的波长196nm处进行测定。方法简便、快速、准确、无污染，适用于肌醇样品中肌醇的定量测定。
