摘    要:由长白山温泉附近土壤筛选得到菌株编号SH-110菌,分别利用TLC方法、HPLC法来确定该菌株所产的胞内酶能够利用麦芽糖作为底物来合成海藻糖,确定该酶为海藻糖合成酶,通过对该菌生物学特征鉴定,生理生化特征分析,初步鉴定该菌属于芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus sp)

Abstract:A swain of trehalose synthase--producing named SH-110 was isolated from the soil of hot springs of Changbai mountain.The study adopted TLC, DNS, HPLC in order to study the strain to produce trehalose synthase. Based off identification through its biological characteristics and physio-biochemical analysis, it is considered to be a variety of Bacillus sp.
