| 摘 要： | 分析我国食品安全监管体系及存在的问题,建立农业投入品、食品初级农产品、食品添加剂、食品相关产品、食品加工、食品流通监管体系;食品安全法律法规与标准、食品安全信息收集分析、食品安全风险监测分析、评估、预警以及食品安全追溯体系等基础性与应用性研究体系;食品添加剂备案制度和食品配料备案制度。从而完善和建立新的食品安全监管模式,切实有效地保障食品安全。
