褐蘑菇水溶性多糖分级组分的抗氧化性能

摘    要:采用水提醇沉法提取并精制褐蘑菇多糖(WPPA),用体积分数60%、70%和80%乙醇分级醇沉分离得3种粗多糖WPPA60、WPPA70和WPPA80;通过还原力、清除超氧阴离子自由基(O-2.)、清除羟自由基(.OH)和抑制H2O2诱导红细胞氧化溶血实验评价3种褐蘑菇多糖体外抗氧化能力。结果表明:WPPA60、WPPA70和WPPA80具有较强的还原能力,对O-2.和.OH具有较强的清除作用;对H2O2诱导红细胞氧化溶血及MDA生成有很强的抑制作用;抗氧化能力从强到弱依次是WPPA70>WPPA80>WPPA60。

Abstract:Water extraction followed by fractional ethanol precipitation was used to purify water-soluble polysaccharides from portabella mushroom Agaricus bisporus(WPPA).The polysaccharide fractions WPPA60,WPPA70 and WPPA80 were obtained using three ethanol concentrations: 60%,70% and 80%.Their antioxidant activity in vitro was assessed in terms of reducing power,scavenging activity against superoxide anion hydroxyl free radicals and inhibitory activity against H2O2-induced erythrocyte hemolysis.The results showed th...
