果蔬农药残留检测的预处理和检测条件优化研究

摘    要:本文对果蔬中有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留快速检测的样品预处理方法和检测条件进行了优化研究。首次采用亚临界水萃取技术进行样品预处理,大大提高了农药残留的提取率。进一步优化了检测条件,通过温度校正公式的使用和试剂用量的调整使农药残留检测的操作更简单、费用更低廉。

Abstract:The optimization of sample preparation and determination for organophosphate and carbamate pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables were studied in this paper. Subcritical water extraction was first used for the determination of organophosphate and carbamate pesticides in samples of fruits and vegetables. The extraction efficiency of pesticide residues was significantly increased by subcritical water extraction. By temperature correction and dosage adjusting of the reagent, the operation is much simpler and the cost for determination is much cheaper.
