| 摘 要： | 对红景天多酚提取物抗氧化作用进行研究,采用二苯代苦味酰基自由基分析法、过氧化氢检测法和油脂过氧化值测定法,测定了红景天多酚提取物对二苯代苦味酰基自由基和超氧阴离子的清除能力以及抑制油脂过氧化作用的效果.结果表明,红景天多酚具有明显清除自由基的能力和对猪油的抗氧化作用.

| Abstract: | The antioxidant effects of polyphenol from Rodiola rosea were studied. The scavenging capacities of polyphenol of Rodiola rosea on 2,2-diphenyl- 1-picrylhydrazyl and superoxide free radical were assayed. The results showed the polyphenot of Rodiola rosea has characteristics of scavenging 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl, superoxide, hydroxyl free radical and definite antioxidant effects on oil. |
