强酸性阳离子交换树脂分离纯化异麦芽低聚糖的研究

摘    要:主要研究了强酸性001×7型苯乙烯系阳离子交换树脂分离纯化异麦芽低聚糖浆的多种因素。研究表明:较高的温度、进料浓度、树脂床高度都有利于分离,通过一定高度的离子交换树脂柱,可较好地分离葡萄糖和二糖、三糖等低聚精,有效地去除葡萄糖成分,为进一步工业化分离纯化奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:The separation and purification of isomalto-oligosaccharide syrup was studied with the resin 001 ×7.The higher temperature. concetration and height of resin column are gook for its separation reaction. Through separating with ion exchange resin. the content of glucose could be decreased and the content of active principle would be relative increased. The research laid theoretical foundations for large-scale separation and purification of the syrup.
