巴西蘑菇多糖的抗肿瘤作用机理初探

摘    要:对巴西蘑菇深层发酵所得的两种主要抗肿瘤多糖进行了作用机理的初步探讨,采用体外细胞培养及小白鼠活体实验结合酶联免疫等手段。两种活性组分无明显的细胞毒作用,其显著的抗肿瘤活性主要通过刺激机体免疫功能,尤其是通过刺激细胞免疫功能而发挥抗肿瘤作用,对体外培养的巨噬细胞产生肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)具有显著的促进作用。

Abstract:Antitumor mechanisms of two kinds of polysaccharides from Agaricus blazei Murill were studied with cell culturein vitro and mice as model. It was concluded that two components were no cytotoxic action on tumor cells. The main mechanismof their antitumor action dued to stimulate immunal function, especially cellular immunity. The production of tumor necrosisfactor (TNF) produced by cultured macrophage was promoted by the above polysaccharides.
