摘    要:紫外分光光度法(UV法)是银杏黄酮的主要检测方法之一。本文建立一种UV法的改进方法,并对其进行准确性、重现性、线性关系、添加回收率的研究。与未经改进的UV法相比,改进UV法具有检测准确度高、重现性和线性关系较好的特点,能满足科研实验和工业生产的要求。

Abstract:The ultraviolet spectrophotometry is a major determination method for determining general flavone of Ginkgo bilobaL. In this paper, we build an improved ultraviolet spectrophotometry. And study its precision, repetition, linearity relation andreclaim rate. Compared with the traditional ultraviolet spectrophotometry, the advantages of the improved method consist in highprecision, good repetition of analytical results, satisfied linearity relation and reclaim rate. It could be concluded that the improvedultraviolet spectrophotometry could be used both in scientific research and industrial production.
