磨浆法从葛根中提取黄酮的研究-生产葛根淀粉废水的综合利用

摘    要:从葛根中提取黄酮的方法有热提法、超声波法等,但无人采用磨浆法。本文对比以上三种方法来提取葛根黄酮,结果表明了采用磨浆法对提取葛根黄酮有较高的产率,而且黄酮中的葛根素含量也较高,含量为47%。用该方法从生产葛根淀粉废水中富集到的黄酮含葛根素39%。该方法具有工艺简单,适用于生产葛根淀粉废水的综合利用。

Abstract:The methods for extraction of anthoxantin from Pueraria Thomsonii Benth L. include heat refluxing ,ultrasonicextraction etc. ,except for grinding starch .In this paper, we compare with three methods for extraction of anthoxanthin. Theresults showed that the percentage of Pueraria extracting from anthoxanthin with grinding starch method is 48%,which is higherthan the others'. By using the same method, we got the total anthoxanthin from waste water emitted from producing starch of PuerariaThomsonii Benth L. in which the content of Pueraria is 39%.This method has some advantages: simple technology, beingapplicable to the comprehensive utilization of waste water emitted from producing starch of Pueraria Thomsonii Benth L.inindustry.
