| 摘 要： | 采用气相色谱双柱法对果汁中多种有机磷类农药残留量进行测定。样品用丙酮提取后，经Carb/NH2 固相萃取小柱净化，用DB-1701、DB-35ms 毛细管气相色谱柱，火焰光度检测器，对果汁中多种有机磷类农药残留量的测定可取得满意的结果。该方法测定样品的平均加标回收率为75.23%～98.53%，相对标准偏差为0.97%～8.16%，果汁中有机磷类农药残留检出限为10～60μg/kg。

| Abstract: | A dual-column gas chromatographic method was developed for the multi-residue determination of organophosphorus pesticides in fruit juice.Samples were extracted with acetone,and the resulting extract was cleaned up on Carb/NH2 SPE cartridge.The chromatographic separation was achieved on DB-1701 and DB-35ms capillary columns.Analytes were detected with FPD.The average recoveries of 6 replicates for analytes in blank samples spiked at 3 levels ranged between 75.23% and 98.53%,with relative standard deviations ... |
