| 摘 要： | 主要探讨应用CharmII放射免疫分析方法检测猪尿中磺胺类药物残留。确定控制点设定的方法,评价了免疫反应体系的灵敏度和特异性,验证了磺胺类最大残留限量1250μg/kg的检测稳定性,30min可出检测结果。

| Abstract: | The detection of sulfonamides in pork urine by Charm II radioimmunoassay was studied.The control point was confirmed.The immunoassay sensitivity and specificity of this competitive system were discussed.The stability of detection for the maximum residue limit 1250μg/kg was validated.The whole detection process could be finished within 30min. |
