| 摘 要： | 目的:分别观察乌桕皮油、梓油对香菇(夏菇621菌株)菌丝生长的影响。方法:采用平板培养方法观察香菇菌丝生长的特点。结果:香菇菌在含有不同脂类的培养基上有不同的菌丝生长速度和不同的菌落形态,乌桕梓油对香菇菌丝生长速度有促进作用,而乌桕皮油没有类似效果,初步判定不饱和脂肪酸对香菇菌丝生长更为有利。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of different lipids of Sapium sebiferum Roxb culture on the growth of Lentinula edodes(Berk.)Pegler mycelium.Methods:Plate cultivation.Activated strains 621 of Lentinula edodes(Berk.)Pegler were cultured in basic medium and lipid enriched medium containing tallow and kernel oil of Sapium sebiferum Roxb.Respectively.Results:It is showed that the growth velocity of the mycelium and their colonial morphologies is different under different lipid containing media.Kernel oil of Sapium sebiferum Roxb.could accelerate the growth of the mycelium of Lentinula edodes(Berk.)Pegler,while the tallow oil couldn't.That suggested that unsaturated fatty acids have more positive effects on growth of mushroom mycelium. |
