This paper ex- pounds the way of saving energy in boiling process as follows: incresing the density of syrup,de- creasing the amount of back boiling as far as possible, adopting advanced techniques and equip- ments,paying attention to the quality of seed,paying atiention to the work of heat insulation and so on. Lastly the paper points out that the work of saving energy in sugar mill deals with a wide range,and strengthening kanagement is the foundation of making good work of saving ebergy.
