摘    要:针对甘蔗糖厂蒸发工段的工艺和热力需求,运用模糊控制技术设计了低液面五效蒸发过程液位自动控制系统。文章分析了液位自动控制的难点,重点介绍了系统的硬件构建方案及应用软件中模糊控制器的设计思路和方法。

Abstract:Based on fuzzy control technology, a level automatic control system for low-level five-effect evaporation is designed to fulfill the process and thermal requirements of sugarcane mill. After the implement difficulties of level automatic control are analyzed, this paper introduces the hardware construction solution, and the design concept and method for fuzzy controller in application software.
