| 摘 要： | 我国蔗田土壤环境污染的主要原因是长期过量使用化学农药和肥料造成的。甘蔗是食糖生产的最主要原料，减少蔗田化学农药和肥料的使用量和使用次数，加强研究开发环境友好型生产资料，是从根本上解决食糖农残问题的重要措施。

| Abstract: | In our country, soil environmental pollution of cane fields is mainly due to the long-term excessive use of chemical pesticides and fertilizers. Sugarcane is the main raw material of the sugar production. The important measures of solving pesticide residues in sugar are to reduce the amount of chemical pesticides and fertilizer and the frequency of use, to increase research and development of environmentally friendly means of production. |
