摘    要:甘蔗生产上忽视了与糖厂产糖率密切相关的性状即甘蔗品种砍收后蔗糖分转化程度,造成糖厂大面积种植砍收后蔗糖分极易转化的品种如川糖11号本文分析了由此产生的严重经济损失,并建立了甘蔗品种蔗糖转化率衡量吹收后蔗糖分转化程度,作为糖厂推广种植良种和选育的筛选性状之一。

Abstract:It is neglected that sugar inversion of sugarcane variety after harvesting is a important factor on rate of sugar producing in sugar mill. And sugarcane varieties with strong sugar inversion after harvesting are planted on large scale in China. Enormous loss from planting strong sugar inversion varities is analysed. Rate of sugar inversion of sugarcane varsity is extablished, which expresses situation of sugar inversion after harvesting. It is a criteria of selection of cane variety for sugar mill and sugarcane variety breeding.
