| Abstract: | To deal with the deficiency of efficiency evaluation of material purchase, the authors propose a mathematical model for sugar-refineries, and research the data which can be mined on every purchasing links. Based on the characteristics of sugar-refineries＇ purchase flows in China, the entire material purchasing is divided into organizing stage, transport stage, and ponderation stage. For each stage, we set up the corresponding mathematical model. With collected efficiency data of every stage, it is trying to build an evaluation system and standard for sugarcane material purchasing, which provide a scientific analytic procedure for managing purchase, and provide a normal reference foundation for quality evaluation of purchasing. |
