气相色谱内标法测定浓香型白酒己酸乙酯含量的不确定度评定

按照国家标准GB／T10345—2007{白酒分析方法》，采用气相色谱内标法测定浓香型白酒已酸乙酯含量，对整个测量过程的不确定度来源进行了分析，并对不确定度各个分量进行了评定和合成。结果显示，重复性测量不确定度分量对总不确定度的影响不是很大，因此，本实验室在白酒己酸乙酯含量的测定具有较高的准确性，达到国家相关标准规定要求。

Gas Chromatography Internal Standard Method for the Uncertainty Evaluation of Ethyl Caproate Content Measurement in Luzhou-flavor Liquor

In accordance with the national standard GB/T10345-2007 ＂liquor analysis＂, using the gas chromatography internal standard method , the determination of ethyl caproate content in Luzhou flavor and the analysis of the source of uncertainty during the entire measurement process were carried out, also the components of the uncertainty were evaluated and combined. The results show that the repeatability component has less impact on the overall uncertainty. Therefore the method used in this laboratory has higher accuracy of liquor ethyl caproate determination and meets the national standards required.
