摘    要:葡萄酒是国际上仅次于啤的第二大饮料酒,是发展潜力相当大的一个酒种,尤其是在亚洲。详细地介绍了葡萄酒的营养成分医疗保健功能,以期使消费者对葡萄酒有更深入的了解与认识。

Abstract:Wine is the second beverage only next to beer in the international market,It is a kind of beverage which has remarkable developmental potentiality,espically in Asia.In this paper,the nutriments,cure and health-protecting functions of wine were introduced,We hope to enable consumers to understand wine more deeply.
