迎玺牌“硬是好”酒对小鼠的抗疲劳作用

目的:研究迎玺牌"硬是好"酒对小鼠的抗疲劳作用。方法:将120只雄性昆明种小鼠随机分为4组,灌胃15d后称量小鼠体重,分别检测小鼠力竭游泳时间,运动后血清尿素氮、全血乳酸以及肝、肌糖原含量。结果:迎玺牌"硬是好"酒对小鼠的体重增长无明显影响,但迎玺牌"硬是好"酒明显延长小鼠力竭游泳时间,降低运动后血清尿素氮和血乳酸浓度,升高肝糖原和肌糖原含量,与阴性对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:迎玺牌"硬是好"酒对小鼠有明显的抗疲劳作用。

Study of Anti-fatigue Effects of YingxiPai Yingshihao Jiu on Mice

Objective： To investigate the anti-fatigue effects of YingxiPai Yingshihao Jiu on mice. Methods： 120 normal male Kunming mice were randomized into 4 groups.After 15 consecutive days, we determined the body weight before swimming test, then tested swimming time, serum lactate and urea nitrogen level,liver and muscle glycogen.Resuhs：YingxiPai Yingshihao Jiu had no effect on body weight, but it significantly prolonged swimming time, and reduced serum lactate and urea nitrogen level, increased liver and muscle glycogen, compared with control group, P〈0.05 or P〈0.01.Conclusion ：YingxiPai Yingshihao Jiu had noticeable antifatigue effect on mice.
