Abstract:The alcoholic-induced liver injury is well recognized. In order to attenuate this injury, the liquor GSCY is developed. The definition, denomination, heath and food orientation, and the health definition of GSCY to drinking population are described in detail. The investigation and application, as well as social and economic benefits of GSCY are introduced.
