使用艺康施特龙HP洗瓶添加剂洗600mL毛瓶试验总结

在明确了试验目的和确定了试验时间、参加人员、实验材料、洗瓶机设备参数及改造验收标准的基础上，进行了艺康“施特龙HP”洗瓶添加剂洗600mL毛瓶工艺试验，通过对获得的实验结果的分析，得出如下结论：艺康“施特龙HP”洗瓶添加剂对新鲜霉斑的去除效果良好，但由于试验时洗瓶设备、瓶源管理、工艺执行等方面都存在着问题，试验过程中后工序又因故障停机，导致本次试验洗瓶过程不连续，无法进行成本分析。

Summary of Test Results of 600mL Bottle Cleaning With the Detergent of Yikang HP

After determination of experimental time, staff, material and parameter bottle cleaning machine, and of checking standard, the experiment of 600ml bottle cleaning with detergent of Yikang ＂Teshilong HP＂ was performed. The results were summarized as follows： the addition of detergent has positive effect on removal of newly formed mold blot, however the problems such equipment, management and technology, and the failure of machine afterwards lead to the discontinuousness of the process and impossibility of the cost analysis.
