食品安全监管问题研究进展

摘    要:民以食为天,食以安为先,食品安全已成为各国政府和社会各界的关注焦点。近年来,我国食品安全问题频发,引发了消费者对食品安全的恐慌和对食品安全政府监管的信任危机。本文综述食品安全的内涵及属性、食品安全问题及威胁因素、食品安全监管对策建议,以及对我国《食品安全法》及食品安全监管体制的评价4个方面的研究成果,为加强和完善食品安全政府监管提供科学依据与对策建议。

Abstract:Food safety has become focus of attention of national governments and communities.In recent years,frequent food safety problems in our country led to consumers' extreme fears about food safety and trust crisis to government regulation.Totally,4 research findings were summarized respectively about the meaning or attribute of food safety,food safety problems and risk factors,suggestions and measures of food safety regulatory,and evaluation about Food Safety Law and food safety regulatory system in our country...
