摘    要:从生产的角度分析了当前农产品质量安全存在的主要问题、主要科技制约因素,重点从产地环境和生产过程污染控制环节,提出了保障农产品质量安全的科技对策,对转变监管模式及提高农产品质量安全水平具有重要意义。

Abstract:Based on the participant perspective,this paper analyzed the main problems and technology restricting factors of quality and safety of agriculture products,and put forward the technology countermeasures to protect quality and safety of agricultural products from the perspective of habitat environment and production pollution,which had great significance to change management mode and improve agricultural products quality and safety.
