| Abstract: | The origin and development of grass-fed cattles were summarized in this paper. The differences of feeding mode between grass-fed and grain-fed cattles were analyzed. The beef qualities from two modes such as nutrition, safety, health care were analyzed. Some problems about domestic grass-fed industry were also pointed ont. |
