摘    要:金针菇多糖是金针菇的主要活性成分之一,正日益成为功能性食品等行业研究的热点。本文从多糖的结构、功能和提取方法5个方面综述了金针菇多糖的研究进展。

Abstract:As the main active ingredient,Flarnmulina velutipes polysaccharide is increasingly becoming one of the hot spot of the functional food industries research.The article reviewed the research advance of F.velutipes polysaccarides including the structure,function,and extraction methods of polysaccharides.
