| 摘 要： | 目的:研究蛹虫草发酵乳饮料对小鼠免疫力的影响。方法:分别以不同剂量的蛹虫草发酵乳饮料给小鼠连续灌胃,测定各项指标。结果:蛹虫草发酵乳饮料可明显提高小鼠脾脏和胸腺指数,促进吞噬细胞的吞噬活性,并且饮料对小鼠产生任何没有毒副作用。结论:蛹虫草发酵乳饮料具有增强小鼠免疫力的功能。

| Abstract: | Objective] To explore the impact of fermented milk beverage with Cordyceps militaris on the immune function of mice. Methods] The immune function was studied by feeding different doses of fermented milk beverage with Cordyceps militaris, and various immunological indexes were determined. Results] Fermented milk beverage with Cordyceps militaris could advance the thymus and promote lineal index of mice and phagocytic activity of maerophages. Meanwhile, it did not produce any toxic effects on mice. Conclusion] Fermented milk beverage with Cordyceps militaris was capable of enhancing the immune function of mice. |
