摘    要:生猪产业一直是四川省的传统优势产业,然而近年来却持续处于发展的瓶颈阶段。本文在剖析了四川省生猪产业现状及产业链环境下制约生猪产业发展因素的基础上,提出了保障四川省生猪生产和猪肉质量安全的对策建议,为四川生猪产业如何突破发展瓶颈起到一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:Pig industry has been the traditional and advantageous industry in Sichuan province,while in recent years,it has encountered a bottleneck in the development.After analyzing the status of the pig industry in Sichuan province and the factors that restricting the pig industry under industry chain,the paper proposed the countermeasures and suggestions on how to guarantee the pig industry and pork quality safety,which provided a reference on how to break the bottleneck of Sichuan pig industry.
