超临界CO2萃取黄粉虫油脂的工艺研究

摘    要:以黄粉虫幼虫为原料进行采用超临界CO2技术对黄粉虫油脂的提取工艺进行研究。通过单因素实验探讨了萃取压力、温度、时间3个参数对黄粉虫油脂得率的影响,然后通过正交实验确定了黄粉虫油脂的最佳提取条件。实验结果表明,萃取时间对黄粉虫油得率影响最大,其次是萃取压力和萃取温度。黄粉虫油脂超临界CO2萃取最佳条件为:萃取时间60min、萃取压力35MPa、萃取温度60℃。

Abstract:Tenebrio molitor L.'s oil was extracted from tenebrio molitor L.by super critical fluid CO2.Single factor and orthogonal experiments were used to study the effects of the parameters such as temperature,pressure and time on the yield of Tenebrio molitor L.oil.The results showed that the extraction time was the most important factor that affected the effect of extraction,following the extraction pressure and temperature.The optimal condition of supercritical fluid CO2 extraction was that the extracting time 60min,pressure 35MPa and temperature 60℃.
