| 摘 要： | 目的:了解蒲公英(TM)及其多糖提取物对免疫功能低下小鼠的影响。方法:经口灌服醋酸地塞米松(DEX)诱导小鼠免疫功能低下,7d后经口灌服蒲公英水煎液及其多糖提取物,采用蒲公英水煎液及其多糖提取物和黄芪精口服液对小鼠进行体液免疫功能测定。结果:蒲公英水煎液(4g/kg.d)及其多糖提取物(0.5g/kg.d)可增强巨噬细胞吞噬指数水平,提高小鼠抗体生成水平和巨噬细胞的吞噬率,即通过改善机体的免疫抑制状态,进而增强和调节机体免疫功能作用。结论:蒲公英水煎液及其多糖提取物有增强和上调免疫功能低下机体的作用。

| Abstract: | 【Objective】To study the effect of TM and polysaccharides（derived from TM）on mice,whose immune function is low.【Method】Mice were given the dexamethasone（DEX） by intragastrically with pipe,the immune functions of humoral were examined in the mouse after administrated TM,polysaccharides extract and Astragalus membranaceous after 7 days of inoculated TM and polysaccharides.【Result】TM（4g/kg·d） and polysaccharides（0.5g/kg·d） improved phagocytic index of macrophage.Higher doses of TM could also distinctly enhance the number of PFC and macrophage phagocytic percentage.【Conclusion】 TM and polysaccharides extract could enhance and adjust the immune function of organism. |
