| 摘 要： | 主要介绍2005年以来世界聚酯纤维产品(包括新聚酯)开发的主要生产技术和产品特点,介绍了聚酯纤维应用市场发展趋势。世界聚酯纤维新产品大类主要体现在:采用新型的聚酯合成工艺,有效提高纤维的再加工性能和纤维的安全、环保等性能的产品;通过改善纤维原料和添加辅助单体性能以及采用复合纺丝等技术,生产用于专业领域的新产品,包括技术纺织品等;采用新聚酯生产技术生产具有前瞻性的商业化产品PTT、PBT、PEN、PLA等。

| Abstract: | The key production technique and products properties of developed polyester fibers,including novel polyester products worldwide since 2005 were presented in the paper.The application market deveopment trend of polyester fibers was also introduced.It is stressed that R & D tendency of the novel polyester products is various,which including adopting new synthetic technique to enhance reprocessing perfor-mance and safety and environment-friendly of the fibers efficiently,and manufacture special novel products and technique textiles via improvement of raw material properties and addition to auxiliary monomer and using composite spinning technology as well as producing super further products,such as commercialized PTT,PBT,PEN and PLA by novel process technique. |
