涤纶水刺非织造布防静电屏蔽涂层工艺初探

摘    要:导电性涂料可以用作静电耗散和电磁/射频干扰(EMI/RFI)屏蔽材料。用金属铜粉作导电填料、丙烯酸酯共聚乳液作黏合剂自制一种导电涂料,利用干法直接刮涂的方式对涤纶水刺非织造布进行涂层后整理。研究结果表明:经过亲水整理的涤纶水刺非织造布在涂层后有较好的防静电屏蔽效果;在固化温度为120℃、铜粉质量分数为55%并采用连续刮涂两层的方式涂层时,涤纶水刺非织造布可以获得良好的防静电屏蔽效果。

Abstract:Electrically conductive coatings were mainly required for static charge dissipation and electromagnetic/ radio frequency interference ( EMI/RFI) shielding. In the present investigation copper powder was used as the conductive filler and acrylic resin as binder. PET spunlace nonwovens was treated by dry direct conduct coating. The result showed that hydrophilic finished PET spunlaced nonwovens with coating process have good anti-electrostatic effect. When the solidification tempreture is 120℃,copper powder concentration is 55% and coating two layers continuously can have a better EMI/RFI functionality.
