摘    要:摩擦纺包芯纱混纤法加工热塑性复合材料由于各方面的优点深受关注,而基体树脂对增强纤维的浸渍问题一直是热塑性树脂复合材料的加工难点。通过拉伸强力和截面观察研究了不同的包芯纱结构对聚酯(PET)基体浸渍玻璃纤维(GF)增强纤维效果的影响,结果表明纱线结构对浸渍效果的影响很大。

Abstract:The way that friction spun core yarn is used in manufacturing thermoplastic matrix composite is consi-dered outstanding,and it is a difficult point to combine reinforcing fiber with thermoplastic matrix for thermoplastic matrix composite.The effect of the yarn structure on the impregnating degree of melted PET impregnating glass fiber(GF) was investigated through tensile strength and observation of cross-section,and the results showed that the yarn structure had a great effect on the impregnating.
